EXIST-Projekt BIOVOX: Funktionalisierte Kunststoffe aus der Natur

Am 01. Juli 2020 hat Herr Stefan Schork den mündlichen Teil seines Promotionsverfahrens mit Erfolg abgeschlossen.

The pmd team has fortunately grown strongly in recent weeks despite the difficult situation. Mr. Yanik Koch, M.Sc., has been working as a research assistant at pmd since April 15, 2020. Mr. Maximilian Hausmann, M.Sc., and Mr. Peter Welzbacher, M.Sc., started their work on May 1, 2020.

Cross-departmental aid project

The Departments of Architecture and Mechanical Engineering of the TU Darmstadt support Darmstadt clinics with additive manufactured full face masks.

The institute pmd congratulates “Team Darmstadt” on 1st place in the VDI competition “Mobility goes Additive”!

Due to the corona pandemic, the institute is currently working on and in an basic mode.

The tutorial “Design for Additive Manufacturing” was held in winter semester 2019/2020 for the second time during the semester.
