Development of modular product families of sensor-integrated machine elements
Digitization is creating a demand for data that is to be met in the future in mechanical engineering by sensor-integrating machine elements. In order to anticipate the flood of variants resulting from the large number of machine elements, measured variables, measurement principles and measurement tasks, methods of modularization are being applied to sensor-integrating machine elements.
